Today we celebrate the coronation of King Charles III

Long live the King

Steeped in history, stretching back to the first coronation at Westminster Abbey of William the Conqueror in 1066, we celebrated the coronation of King Charles III.

The pomp, the pageantry and the tradition of a coronation has many traditions rolled into it stretching back nearly a thousand years, I wonder how many people are aware of these traditions, their origins and how these have come to shape our nation.

King Charles III will be the 40th Sovereign to be crowned at Westminster Abbey, we wish everyone involved in the coronation the best of luck and Long live the King!

Another WasteStation Installation

Supporting Waste to Energy!

Another Ecofast WasteStation installed.

A great installation, commissioning and training session of our left handed WasteStation. The benefits of Ecofast undertaking the installation, commissioning and training is simply, it’s our thing and it’s undertaken correctly.

In our industry it’s so easy to think the dealer network has the knowledge on every aspect of the kitchen design and installation. We work with the consultants, dealers and operators to ensure they have the correctly selected waste management solution. On food waste management it’s easier to get the experts in for smooth operations, reduced service issues and to maximise reduced waste bin collections and savings. The experts, that’s us!

It’s also great to note this site is having the food waste collected and taken for biogas production. Waste to Energy!

Today we mourn the death of Queen Elizabeth II

Sad News

We are greatly saddened by the death of Queen Elizabeth II, our thoughts and prayers are with her family and the nation who have lost an ever present, calming and guiding light.

She didn’t have to give up on her duties, she was able to live a life of service until the very end. And most importantly her family were there, in a home she loved, secluded from the public gaze.

God speed Your Majesty! God save the King!

Recently installed bespoke food waste management tabling.

The role of hospitality

Working alongside a warewash company we designed our dewaterering system into a fully bespoke waste sorting table. On this table the non-organise waste is separated and placed in the bins accessed by the round openings in the table top. The food waste is introduced into the system via a single trough.

The Ecofast system then processes the food waste retaining the food waste but separating the liquid, the food waste is reduced in volume and the recovered liquid passes on to the drain. The reduced food waste is then ready for collection offering the client saving on their waste collections and future proofs their kitchen with the changes in legislation.

This installation, commissioning, maintenance and operator training was undertaken by Kevin Baldwin @ Mech Spark our authorised service partner.

Exciting recruitment news!

Recruitment

It’s official! After 4 years we’ve reunited and are looking forward to working together again.

I’m so pleased to announce my good friend Ski is going to be representing the Ecofast Environmental UK Ltd brand, this continues a passion Andrew has had in the past with regards to reducing food waste.

Welcome on board Andrew Galeckyj.

Remote Dewatering Solution.

A remote dewatering solution

Working with an existing hospital to overcome their food waste issues, we designed our D610 remote dewatering system and our D392 double trough unit to be retro fitted to their existing site.

The food waste is introduced into the D392 Double trough inletstation, is ground and pumped to our D610 large dewaterer which spin dries the food waste, reducing the volume of food waste by up to 80% and depositing the drier food into a standard 240 litre wheelie bin located about 15 meters away on the far side of the room.

The Ecofast system has reduced the issues of leakage from the previous solution, the issue of staff having to transport food waste around the site and with our operator display panel and on board diagnostic system, in the event of an issue on site staff can resolve the issue themselves, lowering the cost of maintaining the system.

Food Waste = Solved!

This installation, commissioning, maintenance and operator training was undertaken by Kevin Baldwin @ Mech Spark our authorised service partner.
