With our knowledge of food waste solutions within the catering sector, we’d challenge anyone in the industry to provide a better service than ours. With over 40 years of combined waste solutions knowledge, if we can’t support it, no-one can!
Through our improved designs, installations, staff training and overall support packages, Ecofast Environmental UK Ltd has seen an 83% reduction in service activity for Ecofast products since we were founded (when compared to industry standards).
Our approach has resulted in lower operation and service costs to the client.
We don’t have a national network of service engineers. We have a Kevin! Kevin is highly skilled, dedicated to resolving clients’ issues, and building relationships with their staff; this personal and friendly approach removes the reluctance of staff operating food waste management equipment.
Kevin and team take care of installations, preventative maintenance contracts and service calls so that you have complete peace of mind. Where we install, train and commission sites, we don’t have issues; don’t settle for someone who doesn’t know an auger from an impellor!
Our products can also be connected to the internet allowing us to monitor or even fault find remotely, increasing first time fix rates and decreasing downtime.
Reactive Service calls
If the worst happens and you have an issue with an Ecofast system, the touch screen display will let you know what the issue is. 9 times out of 10 the issue can either be resolved by following the corrective action instructions or via our technical support on the phone.
If the issue can’t be fixed this way, we’ll be on hand to support you and get it resolved. Whilst we’re on site, we’ll always give the machine a once over, ensuring the staff are up to date with their training. We maintain stock of parts, ensuring first time fix rates are above 95%.
Our service reports are uploaded to the Loopcycle platform; these reports and the product’s passport can be viewed by scanning the QR code located on the front of the machine. A totally open book policy.
