Welcome to the circular economy

Welcome to the circular economy

A circular economy favours activity that preserves energy, labour and materials. This means designing products for durability, reuse, remanufacturing and recycling in order to keep products, components and materials circulating in the economy. It also encourages the effective use of bio-based materials as they cycle between the economy and natural systems.

Our new food waste management equipment is redesigned to reduce waste volume by up to 80% and weight by 60%.

Our next generation Dehydra™ spin drying equipment is more intuitive for operators to use whilst reducing water and electrical consumption.

Our on board sensor allow for lower installation and operating costs whilst reducing the downtimes and increasing the life cycle of the product.

Stand alone Food Waste systems

Inlet Stations

Our complete systems, whether it’s our WasteStation or a bespoke system are designed to fit seamlessly into a commercial kitchen, lower your waste and operator costs. All our systems use our enhanced technology ensuring operators are aware of the system status and in the event of an issue, our on-board diagnostic system instructs staff with a correct solution.

Model 1000 WasteStation

Model 1000 WasteStation

This standalone food waste processing station, or ‘wastestation’,  uses nearly 30% less water than its nearest competitor and, with special filters, can be connected to recycled rainwater. The internal sensors and automatic cleaning system not only increase reliability but help reduce labour time.

InletStations

Inlet Stations

Our InletStations will crush and grind even the largest bones, as well as shellfish and other hard organic matter. The rotor incorporates a slitting cutter to ensure that any fibrous items are cut and ground to ensure fewer jams and blockages.

Models D390, D391 Single Trough and D392 Double Trough

The D390, D391 Single trough and D392 Double Trough units incorporates a powerful 2.2kw braked motor with cast stainless-steel cutting rotor and grinder making it the most powerful compact macerating unit on the market.

Model 390

Model D450

Model 450

The D450 is a small but powerful system capable of dealing with both large and small quantities of food waste. Neat and compact, the D450 incorporates a specialised food waste pump enabling it to be connected to a dewatering system or our T400 holding tank.

Model D700

Model 700

The D700 has a 100-litre hopper where food waste can be stored ready to be processed whenever the operator chooses, with little or no labour.

Dewatering Units

Dewatering Units

All dewatering systems utilise our new “Dehydra™” 3rd generation technology and have been redesigned to be more compact. They have an improved dewatering process and a cleaning system that reduces the build-up of internal food waste, odour and operational breakdowns.

Model D600

Model D600

The D600 mini dewaterer is perfect for compact kitchen environments where quantities of food waste can build up during busy periods. Thanks to the Dehydra™ cleaning system the operator has minimal interaction with the unit which reduces labour time during operation.

Model D610

Model D610

Like the D600 unit, the D610 utilises the Dehydra™ system, but it offers a larger capacity (240 litre). It can be connected to all Ecofast Inlet options. The D610 can also be connected to multiple D390 or D450 InletStations sited elsewhere, via the T400 holding tank.

Collection & Stirring Tanks

Collection & Stirring Tanks

The 300 & 600 litre capacity tanks can be connected to all Ecofast Inlet products offering maximum system flexibility. The holding tank receives the macerated food waste from a maximum of three InletStation connections and keeps the waste stirred to prevent it settling before it is pumped away for dewatering.
