At Ecofast, we strive for continuous excellence, both in the quality of our products and the level of service we provide to our customers. Ecofast products are designed to meet the high demands of foodservice caterers and all new products come with a parts and labour warranty as standard*.  

The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Our standard warranty is two years parts and labour*. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a bespoke offer. Please note, warranty cover for offshore islands extends to parts only. *UK only - please contact us for details of export warranty terms.

All of our products are supplied with user manuals and detailed instructions on how to operate and maintain your Ecofast system. 

Operational guides such as manuals, videos and online documents are available through product links on our website and as well as explaining how to use the equipment, they also provide thorough training to ensure continuity in your maintenance programme.

Maintenance is crucial to maximising the return on your investment and ensuring waste reduction and continued operational efficiency.

If your equipment is not in daily use, you may wish to consider switching it off until it is needed again. 

This will help to prevent any deterioration of your equipment whilst its left unused, ensuring that food will remain safe once recommissioned.
